It is very interesting to see how US incorporated the new trade deals it has with UK, EU and Japan into the deal. UK has 10 extra instead of 25, EU and Japan have 15 flat rates. Who is better off?

I’ve created the CSV file at data/US/US_Timber_Tariffs_Sept_30_2025.csv with the
following information extracted from the PDF:

Product Categories:

Softwood timber and lumber (15 product codes) - Additional 10% tariff on top of existing duties - Includes treated wood, various pine/fir/spruce logs, railway sleepers, and
sawn lumber
Upholstered wooden furniture (4 base product codes) - Tariff varies by country:
- Most countries: Additional 25% - UK: Additional 10% - Japan: 15% flat rate - EU: 15% flat rate
Kitchen cabinets and vanities (3 product codes) - Tariff varies by country:
- Most countries: Additional 25% - UK: Additional 10% - Japan: 15% flat rate - EU: 15% flat rate

The tariffs are effective from October 14, 2025, at 12:01 AM Eastern Time.
